Former Director of Cantorial Studies at Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, Jerusalem, he now divides his time between Jerusalem, where he is member of the Jewish Music Research Center, and Berlin, where he serves as Director of the Cantor School at Abraham Geiger Kolleg.
